We launched in 2021 in Amsterdam.
Everyone was talking about innovation. Few were actually doing it especially where it counts: public health, sustainability, cities, equity. So we stopped waiting and built our own lab for disruption.
Disrupt AMS was born out of the belief that tech shouldn't be neutral. It should have teeth. And a direction.

Maria has been disrupting from the inside out for over 20 years. Her fingerprints are on everything from global FinTech apps to wearables for respiratory health. She’s led digital transformation across industries; consumer goods, health tech, sports, kitchen appliances and mobility for names like Philips, Coca-Cola, H&M, BNP Paribas, and the European Commission.
She doesn’t do safe. She builds what works and what’s next.
